The DromeDairy™ Carrot Smoothie
-1 to 1 ½ Cups of Carrots
-1 ½ Cups of DromeDairy Naturals® camel milk.
-½ of a Frozen Banana (You can use more if you’d like).
-½ Cup of Nonfat Greek Yogurt (I use Chobani).
-5 to 7 Ice Cubes (Will determine thickness).
Place the aforementioned ingredients in your blender and mix it up! Now you can dice the carrots in a food processor beforehand to grind, but it’s not necessary. After blending to the consistency of your satisfaction, stir and pour. There you have it. Just like that you have an easy healthy drink to help you through the day.
