Cooking with Camel Milk: Blueberry Waffles

  What better way to start your morning than with a warm plate of waffles. There’s certainly many ways to create a healthy enjoyable breakfast for the entire family, but this is one of my favorites. It can also be achieved by using organic, non-gmo, paleo approved ingredients. Here’s a fantastic recipe I highly suggest trying out, it's sure to please!

The DromeDairy™ Blueberry Waffles

(2 Servings)

Ingredients:

-First, be sure to preheat your waffle iron.

-½ cup of fresh blueberries

-2 farm raised eggs

-1 cup flour (preferably coconut or almond)

-1 cup of DromeDairy Naturals® Camel Milk

-1 tablespoon vanilla extract

-Maple syrup, for serving (not essential)

   In minutes you will have the perfect combination of ingredients for your delicious waffles!

  Add your eggs, choice of flour, DromeDairy™ camel milk and vanilla to a mixing bowl or blender and blend gently until smooth. If your batter is too thick, add extra DromeDairy™ camel milk. If it’s too thin, add more flour.

Then:

  1. Grease your waffle iron with coconut oil or butter.
  2. Fill your waffle iron with the batter.
  3. Add blueberries as desired.
  4. Let cook for 2 to 4 minutes, until golden color.
  5. Remove the waffles and enjoy!

  There you have it! The end result should bring you fluffy delicious waffles, often well accompanied by a cold glass of DromeDairy™ camel milk and some fruit. Enjoy the healthy way to eat your breakfast.
